How many and what kind of organisations that potentially will enlist in a register for voluntary associations, depend on the limitations, obligations and incentives that are in effect. To anticipate the consequences of different arrangements, this paper presents the number of members and organizations in the voluntary sector. Whether the organizations have paid employees and the size of their annual turnover is also analysed.
